Meet Our Team of Therapists

Cat Bishop (she/they), M.Ed., LPC

Before becoming a counselor, I spent over 15 years as a research scientist. My own healing process during that time sparked an interest in developing a deeper understanding of the human experience, which ultimately led me to pursue a career in mental health.

I draw on relational psychoanalytic theory to understand client histories, attachments, and the patterns that shape how people relate to themselves and others. I incorporate mentalization-based concepts—the capacity to reflect on your own mental states and those of others—especially when working with different "parts" through Internal Family Systems (IFS) or exploring relationship dynamics. In this work, you are not an object to fix; I'm not selling an emotional regulation toolkit. I am offering a relationship that heals.

I specialize in sex and relationship therapy, grief work, and neurodivergent-affirming care (including ADHD, Autism, and OCD support). I work with individuals and partnered relationships navigating trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. My practice is BDSM/kink-affirming, non-monogamy-affirming, sex worker-allied, and LGBTQ2SIA+ affirming. I work with adults (18+) and offer individual and partnered counseling in the state of Oklahoma and via Telehealth in Colorado.

Matt Schullman (he/him) , M.Ed., NCC, LPC-Candidate

I am a counselor who knows what it’s like to struggle and feel stuck. I’ve faced many of my own challenges—things like grief, career loss, relationship issues, perfectionism, depression, and anxiety—and that life experience helps me in the counseling room: not only does it help me understand and connect with people; it also helps me talk with folks in real, relatable ways. I counsel adults and teens (15+), offer individual and partnered counseling, affirm all folx (LGBTQIA2S+, CNM, and all genders welcome!), and help people with grief, depression, anxiety, sex and relational issues, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, and more.

Because I’m a Gestalt counselor, you can expect me to be collaborative, creative, and responsive to your personal style. I’ll also help you with your flexibility and awareness (emotional, bodily, and intellectual) so you can grow and live more intentionally. Always, I'll do my best to show up with care, curiosity, and honesty—that, and laughs when needed.

Whatever you’re facing, know that you're welcome in my office. And if you have questions or want to feel things out, contact me! I look forward to hearing from you and getting the chance to work together!
